CineNova used ContentProbe from IdeasUnlimited.tv for complete content monitoring, signal verification and fault-tracking transmission of its two dedicated movie channels (to Holland and Belgium) when the movie broadcaster made a bold shift from satellite to fibre communication systems.
IdeasUnlimited.tv’s innovative solution automatically alerts operators to the precise location and start-time of any faults and delivers reports on-site or remotely. Using its patented Media FingerPrinting technology, ContentProbe delivers a three-pronged approach based on tiny, precise digital ‘fingerprints’ of all audio and video signals.
Its ContentProbe Verification software is a low-cost monitoring solution that provides real-time comparison of any number of signals and checks them for content, aspect ratio and faults. In addition, ContentProbe FaultTracker allows operators to browse in high quality the previous 24 hours transmitted material at their desktops in real time.
